A cryptocurrency youtuber gets a caught in the euphoria of the market before it comes crashing down
A GLIMPSE INTO THE WORLD OF
CRYPTOCURRENCY CONTENT CREATORS
Day after day, creators post recorded videos and livestreams about coins, digital wallets, meme coins and all things blockchain. Many do so in a style of colorful, strongly caffeinated narration, reminiscent of video game influencers, talking rapidly and cracking jokes over crypto pricing charts. Some are relatively sober analysts, offering cautionary advice on investments, but most are unapologetic in shilling the next 100x coin! Regardless, of your view on cryptocurrency, you can’t deny the power of crypto YouTubers in fueling this bonanza.

"Ever since I listened to the Bankless podcast episode on The Crypto Renaissance, I knew this film was important to tell because the intersection between art, culture and technology tends to play a fundamental role in societal transformation. We can trace this as far back as as the Renaissance and Reformation; a time of aggregated value change brought on by double-entry bookkeeping and the printing-press. But the longest-lasting impact of the time came from artists whom developed techniques that allowed the viewer and the artists to connect more, such as perspective and realism. The point is, the Crypto Renaissance is upon us, and as an artist I wanted to be part of telling this story."
